Vacancy in IBM : IT Helpdesk Speacialist

Requirements :

1) Must have IT qualification (Diploma or Degree)
2) Must have at least 1 and a half years of working experience in desktop support as helpdesk.
3) Must have very good knowledge in Win XP, 2000, Ms Office, e-mail, and basic networking.
4) Must be fluent in English

Working Hours:
24 x 7 rotational shift

Work Location:
IBM RCC Cyberjaya
